Privacy
This is the plain-language privacy summary for the PiqCue public beta. It is meant to be readable first. If you need something specific, email hello@piqcue.com.
What we collect
PiqCue collects page analytics, quiz/session telemetry, local browser storage used for progress and session state, error reports, and any information you intentionally submit through classroom joins or contact forms.
Why we collect it
We use this data to understand how students use the product, improve explanations and flows, measure which pages are helping, and diagnose bugs or reliability problems.
Who helps us run the product
We use third-party service providers to operate the beta, including Vercel for hosting/analytics, Sentry for error monitoring, and Resend for email when contact forms are submitted.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data or student work. We do not expose raw per-question timing or raw attention scores to other students, and classroom dashboards are limited to the surfaces built for teachers.
Your choices
You can use most of the product without joining a classroom, skip optional confidence or reflection prompts, clear local browser storage to reset local state, and contact us if you want us to review or delete information you submitted directly.
